If you are talking about 5 round mag capacity as in the firearms act, then you are in bigger trouble then simply hunting regs! If you had to pin your mag youself you would be in possession of a prohibited device, and facing possible jail time! :eek:

But relax, you are simply mistaken, as others have already pointed out.

That is unless your hunting migratory game birds with your .303, but then you are in even more trouble! LOL
 
No mag size limit on rimfire either, so say a semi auto 22LR like a ruger 10/22 can have as big a mag as you can afford. Also some mags are except from size limits. i.e. Bren 100rd drums are legal, but the more common 30 rd Bren mag is not. Also belts, as long as common before 1945 are legal, so all those guys with belt feed Broiwning 1914A4 can have 250rd belts.
