No .22LR ammo??????????????

I also agree that the 333s are not the worst. After many guns and many tests, the 333s work the best in the majority of my arms, semis included.. federals and remingtons are the bottom 2 brands. therefore when I find 333s anywhere, they come home with me. I shoot usually a brick a day, several days a week. during gopher season and have not had any problems with the Winchester brand of ammo. Many guns have a preference of ammo....testing brands will show you what they like.

I would agree if you said "not the best" as it certainly isn't but it is bulk ammo and for bulk and relatively cheap, my experience it that it shoots as well or better than many in its class. Having said that, I use a 10/22 which seems consistant and reliable with almost any ammo. If you are using someone elses semi auto rimfire, I can see why you are not happy but it aint the ammo, it's the gun...

Of the brands I have tested, Winchester was by far the worst. Federal blue box was by far the best. I assure you it is not my gun that is the issue here as feeding was not my major complaint. The number of dud rounds and the number with loose bullets that were sitting crooked in the casing were my big complaints. I am shooting a 1949 Browning Trombone pump action and it feeds every brand flawlessly except the two boxes of Winchest I tried. If it works for everyone else that's great. For me, not so much.

seems that after the shot show, alot of suppliers get their product a few weeks later (like CCI 40 gr.). No shortage in SW Ontario at least, that i have seen. CCI is going with Velocitors, 40's, 36's segmented high, and segmented subsonics. Federal has lots too. AE is good stuff. Also in 525 packs.

Strange my AA conversion kit for my Glock loves the stuff as do all my .22 rifles. Did you just try one box? If so I think you should give it another chance. I liked the stuff so much I stocked up on it more than any other .22 ammo I own.
 
was at our local CT tonight,they had in excess of 200 individual boxes of 50 round of differet makes.several dozen bricks and even more bulk packs of 333,525,550 rounds.so for 22lr we are in good shape.

I was at Sprawlmart in Kitchener today. Stopped in the sports section.
WT* ??? ammo ammo ammo. The shelfs are usually empty.
Must have been 20+ boxes of Federal 525 packs.
40+ boxes Winchest target white box 525 packs.
Rows of 555 and 333.
That glass case has been empty for years. lol
Get some prices when the wife is not with me tomorrow.
