Mephisto: shooting over a sandbag is not "marksmanship", it's how you test a rifle for accuracy. As for my marksmanship, I compete at my Swiss club, where, sadly, the lack of marksmanship has led to the acceptance of front and rear supports in the regular competitions.

I don't feel the need to prove what is common knowledge. If I see anyone I know to be an actual expert in such matters questioning MOA potential I'll, perhaps, go to the trouble of digging out some target photographs I have on DVD.

A 1 inch group is laughable, I can do this all day long with my Walther PPK.
This is common knowledge BTW.
 
Alot of people dont have a clue how to use a good set of peep sights i was at our local club one day and a guy was shooting his norinco m305 with norinco ammo he was getting 9 inch or worse groups iam like that rifle should shoot much better than that and asked mind if i try it my brother told him watch this i cranked out 5 rounds all touching each other the other guys buddy remarked i got lucky i said give me 5 more rounds and did the exact same thing needless to say his buddy shut his mouth i gave a bit of instruction to the guy who owned it and his groups shrank all most instantly i said keep practicing yoir breathing and trigger pull and they will het even smaller which they did
