The Pakistani No4MkII I have is great. Very good quality wood and metal. The bore on mine measures out at .310 and is very accurate. The wood is dark, straight grained Circassian Walnut and is in VG or better condition. The reinforcing screw on the fore end has been covered so well it's almost impossible to find it. It is finished with some sort of matte oil? I thought it was just dirty at first but that doesn't seem to be the case. The trigger pull is around 4 1/2 pounds, slightly creepy but not enough to go through the trouble of smoothing it out. Final let off is always a bit of a surprise.
Mine is dated 1959. I bought it from a local dealer, Del Selins one of the paying advertisers on this site. I found the proper #9 bayonet with scabbard at P&S. I would like to find the proper Pakistani frog and sling as well. I don't know, but I suspect they are typical pattern 37 type.
Over all, I would say it was built to exacting standards that were held as close as possible to specs. Who ever the individual builders were, they definitely took pride in their work.
