Looks like it'd be difficult to aim since you have to use a sandbag against the rifle butt.

The wiki entry said they had no anti personnel effect at all (*what a bunch of horseshat*).

One of my fellow trainees in TQ3 raised the same concern about the 84mm HEAT rounds, the NCO (really good guy) had his section set up a simulated winter defensive position with some figure 11 targets spaced around the position as in a battle situation and had the trainee fire a shot at the defensive position. All of the targets were riddled with substantial amounts of splinter holes.
