'no gunsmith' enfield mounts

where can i find these in Canada, Ive seen them on the web made by ATi and others.

I want to scope my no4mk2 irish contract, but do not want to drill/tap it.

any suggestions? mount and scope wise

I will be using this for target 100-200 yards and eventually hunt.
