Just install it like this. It'll take all the play out of it.
That looks pretty rough on the gun. I'm pretty sure you can find something or someone that sells the bolt housing with a scope mount already attached to it. All you have to do is pop the old one off, put the new one on (you may have to file it a bit to fit) and presto you are good to go.
