No.III mk1 mag serial number assistance

Does anyone have an idea what the serial numbers and their strickouts are all about ? Any ideas which came first and where the Mag may have been made etc?

I have a No1 Mk3* RFI with the a 364XXR Mag Ser Nbr matching the rifle. m
My other rifle does not have ser nbrs.All RFI are numberd my RFI Mag has 3 other S/N crossed out.
