No Parts or not enough people to process?

Sorry for posting that here, but as i can see the dates on your answers, at least here it's getting looked at.
2 Emails already,a week between them- no answer, On the phone not available,answering machine full...
Ironically when i purchased stuff for $798, that got looked after immediately.
Still need a rear stock ( or better two ) for a DA outlaw.
If you don't carry them anymore,at least let a guy know...not answering at all is not the fine art of business.

I think they're backlogged with Black Friday sales.
They probably have a fairly small staff size that is adequate for the regular flow of sales, but not during a promotion.

So if you ask in a week or so you'll probably get a response.

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to provide an update about shipping.

We are about halfway through shipping orders placed on Friday the 27th and Friday was the busiest day accounting for 70% of the total orders placed during the sale.

We have doubled the number of people in the shipping department and we are shipping on average 120 orders a day which if you consider each order is 3-4 parcels a piece is a very high volume of shipping for our small team.

The way I see it is so long as we can ship all the Black Friday order no later than the 14th of December, even customers on the other side of the Country will receive their order by the 23rd.

We are doing absolutely everything we can to make this happen and we appreciate your patience.

I apologize for not answering telephone calls and emails during the business day but we cannot stop shipping to address one issue only to sacrifice shipping orders to other people.

All of the orders for the sale have now been processed and are awaiting shipping. Bear in mind, it takes our team about 4 minutes to ship an order whereas it take less than a minute to process an order. Although you have received the processing notification, it does not mean you order is shipping. It may still be a few days until we can ship the order.

Please send me emails, for issues other than status updates, directly to my account at ryanj@canadaammo.com. I will answer these emails as best I can at night.
 
^^^ explains a lot...must be a heck of a sale,if they try to get em shipped by the 14th. Looks like i have to wait 'til after the 14,and hopefully not get deflected by the christmas sale then.

I'm gonna try...I got no order number yet, since no email or the phone was answered...or you mean the order number from when i bought the two DA Outlaws?
You're welcome...I'm patient as long as I know I'm getting it, when is a secondary matter as my life is not depending on it.

I put in two orders pre black Friday sale and both orders sat a week plus before they were shipped. I did inquire and I was told they were short on staff and backlogged... So I can only surmise they might have been overwhelmed on the holiday sale. They've been great to deal with and very helpful when I have called. I would still do business with them but, I don't expect prompt shipping.

You might been getting me wrong there...I'm not worried about shipping or shipping times,my issue is not being able to place an order that is not on the website and no chance of getting a hold of someone. If shipping takes 2 months i don't care.But let me order the stuff...
