Winchester made a nice Model 70 XTR sporter in the early 90's. All blue and walnut with steel drop out mags. They can be bought used for a reasonable price.

Parker Hale and Browning both sold a lot of Mauser actioned rifles that were pretty nice, and fit the specs as asked.

I was given a PH, in -06, with a nice, flush fitting magazine.

Have had a Browning A bolt stainless stalker 30/06 for almost 30 years and still love it. Hinged floor plate, even steel detachable mag. And shoots cheap ammo best!

Tikka t3x hunter model should fit the bill except for their mags are polymer. Or else buy an aftermarket stock for something that comes in plastic.
