A Russian TOZ tula made has a metal box mag, iron sights and ability to mount a scope with rings originally packed with the rifle. I got one for a buddy who wanted a lighter rifle than his issue Lee Enfield no4mk1... I was given a budget of 450 and picked it up for 400 which is pretty cheap for a tank of a Russian sporter. With irons it can throw 2 inch groups at 100m with the lake city I put in it at the range. It's a bit more rustic than your Sako rifles but for the price of a used Savage axis it's amazing.

i think it depends on what you have, my 452 has a plastic magazine. My 550 magnum has no plastic that I am aware of.
