No Return Contact

Gotta chuckle at this...Some days I come to work and I have over 100 e-mails to gaze/glaze my eyes over. Some are important, a few very important, some are general info/requests, some are funny video's, some painful, some nice to know's and a whole bunch are garbage. As well I have a few phone lines to constantly deal with, 2 bosses who send some of the above e-mails and phone calls, and 10 staff members who are constantly in an out of my office/work area. In between all this I have the usual avalanche of paper work to deal with, special requests, and a meeting or two. Sometime in all this I need to cram in a meal and a coffee or 2 or 3 and a good crap. All this takes time. So in a 50 hr week, I may take 2-4 days to reply to some e-mails/requests due to priorities. Some may get answered the following week. Yes, I am in the customer service field...and yes, not all customers get totally satisfied. I try, but not enough hours in a day or week. Unless the bosses want to pay me huge coin for O/T, (which is rare these days...) after I put my scheduled hours for the day and then some, I call it quits....
I can see why some e-mails don't get answered or get through. I get the same kind of complaints as well. Filters, crappy commodore 64 workstations.
Try the phone as well. Sometimes an old fashioned phone call works wonders!
 
A day or two would by all means be ok but two months.
Come on no business is that busy.

You really must have wanted a product bad to wait 2 months for a reply.

Are you sure it was him not replying or possibly it was YOU not receiving the replies? Do you or your ISP use a SPAM filter? Is he perhaps unknowingly blocked? Hmm, maybe, just maybe email isn't as reliable as you think it is. Maybe, just maybe he is not to blame after all.

Of course he already checked and he did not receive your emails for whatever reason.

Seeing that you know how to post here, do you think it may have been a good idea to post here with your request when you discovered your emails were not getting through before assuming he was simply ignoring you?

What benefit would it be for him to ignore your or any other customers' emails?
 
i tried 6 months ago, still nothing. I tried Badger, 15 min later I had a reply.



Strange, because in one day I sent CanadaAmmo 7 emails, they already had my money and I already had their product. I had a number of questions about it and sent questions by email 7 different times in one day. There was no money to be made by answering my emails nor was I asking about future purchases. Yet every email that I sent was responded to within 15 to 20 minutes. Thats A 1 customer service in my book !!!

The problem with these forums is when one guy has one bad experience, quite likely due to his own mistake, throws it out to everybody and the dealer/other party has to publicly defend himself for something that he may not even have done.

You stateded in another thread that you return all e-mails.

Well I have sent three e-mails to you and still no return e-mail.

I dont belive that I will be contacting you or your company in the future.

If people are not going to hang about the computer waiting for me to email I am going cancel my email account...
