you obviousely didn't read the last sentence of my post. Yes I was being a smartass, but I also agreeed that stupid people may need to be reminded. It is also good to know if a particular gun is prone to slamfiring.

I am just bringing my comments over to this , more approprriate place to continue the comments from the sfrc thread, seems most guys that bought one are here too!

Posts: 339 I am going to look into getting that part of the bolt that broke on chico's gun fabricated (long shot) it looks cast which may be why some are snapping. One of my sons is Taking engineering and may be able to take mine and make a design program ,then if I can find a fabricator to mill one out of steel or stainless. Like I said ,a long shot, but I think sooner or later this part will break on most of them.
I think we should also move this thread to the shotgun forum, so we can follow one anothers work at making this puppy more reliable!

I finally had a problem with mine.

The back of the firing pin broke in half o:
It still goes boom, but when it's dry-fired the firing pin becomes hung up on the firing pin retaining pin. That leaves the firing pin sticking out of the bolt, and I'm concerned that if I rack it forward onto a live load after dry-firing it may discharge out of battery :/ So, I can be extra careful, or get a new firing pin, or both.

Anyone got a spare firing pin?

As you can see, I sanded the cracked edge to see if it would catch less, to no avail.
