Does anyone know where I can get a No1Mk111 mag in Canada? Marstar appears to be out and P&S only takes MTs and I would rather not do that for a $35 item. EMTs, but not MTs. Do I have to buy from the States?

I really don't believe that you can order anything related to a firearms from the USA. I have recently attempted to order something as bland as "Imperial Sizing Die Wax" from several companies over there and none would ship to Canada. Stupid or arrogant...or both?
 
Well Dantforth, it depends what you are ordering. Some things you can't, some you can, but there's little logic about what is in which category, for the most part. Magasines (that have a capacity allowed by our Canadian laws), you can order; I've ordered some from a few companies for Lee Enfields.

Then, you add that some companies simply don't want to sell to "international" clients, even if they technically could...

Lou - that's not entirely true. I had a number of suppliers refuse to sell me some en-blocs. I even had one company after a week email me and say they won't ship to Canada (even though their website doesn't explicitly state that).

I think there are companies in the US who know there is a market up here for some items and they decide to sell to Canadians. Then there are other companies, regardless of the item, that will not ship ANYTHING foreign. Sometimes I think it is as simple as, "we have a shipping arrangement with so an so, and it would be a hassle to arrange for something foreign."
