Hi guys
A chap I know informed me today after looking at my No4Mk1T that the the reticle crosswire has detached from the centre post and will have a serious impact on the rifle's value.

Is it suposed to be attached?

I can't bloody tell if it has seperated - everything seems rock solid. I see no movement shake or shimmy in the reticle even when bumping the rifle (or shooting it for that matter).

Get in touch with "Wheaty" through the searc function. He is an old REME that haunts this site and the milsurp site. He lives in Ontario and repairs #32 scopes. He even has the parts if needed.
Really nice guy that knows his stuff. He calibrated my #32 MkIII in the bracket and after attaching it to the rifle, it was within a couple of inches of zero.
