No4 mark I in .223 cal.

What sort of conversion are you thinking about? If you just want a .223 barrel, as a single shot, any gunsmith who fits barrels could do that. If you are thinking about the sort of conversion described at surplusrifle, I'm not aware of any 'smith doing the job.

Been working on this off and on for years. Someday I'll get around to getting the action barreled up. The big issue is the mag feed and controlling the rounds into the chamber. The barrel would have to have a feed ramp machined into it somehow.

Extraction, no problem. Same for Ejection, just do it a'la'delisle.

I've always wanted to convert my sporter P14 to a a 6.5-303 ackey improved on a match heavy barrel.

That would turn a few heads at the annual 1000 yard shoot.

Never bothered trying to feed from a mag but the No4 extractor will work to remove the 222/223 case. Ejection is also a problem as the 'screw' would have to be relocated.

I just had my cases drop out the mag well. worked pretty good.

I'm but a barrel away from a .25-303 on a P14 :D Corlanes has the reamers, just need to find the barrel $$$ and it gets sent up to them :D

There is a .45 ACP conversion available from Rhineland Arms. Since the .303 and the .45 have almost the same size diam base.

The kit runs for 160USD it includes a barrel and extractor and a magazine adapter.

I am looking for a way to get one from the states.

really what other reamers do they have for ??-303

I have a project gun that needs a new barrel :)

not sure, but I know Bits-of-peices down in Van (Delta?) has .338-303 and .35-303

Bevan King has impoved versions of the .25-303, but I was unable to source and sanely priced dies.
