NO4MK1 bolt heads

so i got my enfield back, and i decided to try the spent primer in the case and closing the bolt on it, the measurement was .067 headspace, is this normal? or i thought max headspace was .074

Actually, .067" is the Saami "No Go" spec, but as said many times before, if you do the "O" ring operation on first fring you'll be fine.

.074" is the "Field Gauge" measurement, and if you measure that dimension with a #4 number bolt head, then it's time to replace the receiver, or see if a different Bolt Body will get you back to spec.
