Nobel Powder

I have inherited A 7 lb unopened container of Nobel 45h rifle powder with an ammo mart sticker and made in scotland printed on it. Does anyone have any load data or at least where it would fit in a burn rate chart? Assuming that its still good. I woud think its probably 30 odd years old. Thanks

According the my copy of the November 1993 The Canadian Handloader, 45H was like H4895.

Don't wait too long and store it in a cool place. A few years ago I had to discard 4 pounds of Nobel powder, Herco equivalent.
