Lol. I read the m1 ad copy. Tradex has hired marstar's ad writer!!

US M1 Garand rifle by Pietro Beretta. Very good bore. Professionally reworked/refinished. Not to be confused with inferior versions that had indexed barrels. May have some U.S. parts on it. Shows some handling marks. Overall very good or better condition. $1895.00

LOL. Thankfully, these are superior versions with barrels that are NOT indexed.

I wonder if it also comes with welding and grinding on the recoil lugs?

I wasn't willing to pay 1800$+shipping and taxes for a M1 Garand when I can buy one on the EE for significantly less.

The ZFK-55s weren't necessarily a bad price, however I don't like spending about half a down payment for a house on a gun.

That's how I feel. I'd love one but man it wold be hard to tell the wife I spent 6k on a rifle lol.

The 1 and 2 k purchases are bad enough.

Jeeze, I treat myself to a $1k rifle maybe once a year lol.
Most of the time it's $500+/-.
I would love that ZFK, don't see them too often. Considering the price of No4T rifles these days $6k is a bargain lol.

$1800+ for a Garand is Crazy! Last one I bought was $400 (thought that was too much) and it doesn't seem all that long ago but I guess it was LOL. But at $1800 or more I won't be buying any more.
Got a couple receivers I could build I guess but even that has gotten pricey by the sounds of it.
