I had stellar service thru their email just this week. Responding just as quick as most txt msg. Their emt was giving me trouble and they walked me thru it and even had their accounting department process my order differently due to my issues
Shipping on the other hand is never quick but it always shows up

They have awesome service. They always answer the phone WHEN THEY ARE OPEN. Give them a break its easter.

I had asked a variety of questions in a series of emails before I even decided to buy the gun. The speed in which they replied surprised me
Always had fantastic service. Not sure what their holiday hours are like - and if they're even open - but if you've ever been in their shop on a sunny weekend, you'll know it's an absolute madhouse.

It's Tenda. You can usually have it fast, cheap or good customer service, if your lucky maybe two. But with Tenda it's Cheap, customer service and fast shipping is extra. That being said, I've always been happy when dealing with them knowing it's cheap.
From optics to large orders of bulk ammo to handguns, they been well priced or the best priced and speedy free delivery to the fraser valley in bc. A solid dozen happy transactions, zero bad. Either I got horse shoes stuffed away somewhere dark or they a decent retailer.
