nobody picks up the phone

I was there less than an hour before they closed Saturday and there were still customers coming/going. Can be a busy place for sure. Being in the store, seeing the amount of business happening=easy to believe that the good experiences have to outweigh the bad. Lots of very content people coming/going. Delays are a drag, and I've had trouble getting satisfaction on the phone myself tbh. I think Tenda has room for improvement in that regard, but I also don't think adding a switchboard will help keep costs down.

The staff there are helpful/attentive in person. Every time, no exception. Go @ a busy time=expect to wait. At least in the store, there is plenty of eye candy.
