I recently made my first purchase from Noe moulds though I have a couple that I got used. They had a 15% off sale and a couple things I wanted were in stock so ordered a couple. They arrived in about 2 weeks including the time it took CBSA to charge me a $10 handling fee decide how much GST to charge me.
On inspection one had a dent on the edge of one cavity that looked like an alignment pin had whacked it which was odd as they were well packed in individual boxes and held closed with an elastic. It was enough dent that the bullets would certainly have a mark and might even be bad enough to keep the blocks from closing entirely.
I took a couple pictures and sent them a short email asking what could be done about the situation. The next morning Mr. Nelson called and said they would have a replacement in the mail that day. A shipping notice was generated before noon.
I want to call them out for outstanding service and standing behind their excellent products. Compare this response to the recent thread on the Lyman Mag25 lead pot that failed on oldrodder. NOE moulds are quality products and customer service like this gives you an extra level of confidence in knowing that you are going to have a good experience. They aren't cheap but neither are Lyman or Lee anymore.
