Hehehe well aint I the luckiest SOB.

Stopped by local surplus today an well what ya know, I found NON CORROSIVE 7.62x39mm ammo!!

EDIT: It's 7.62x39mm, PSP 123gr.

No idea if theres any left, it came from behind the counter when I asked for it.

It's $14.00/box, plus frequent customer discount hehe.

I don't mind paying that at all, it means my SKS wont have to be stripped down completely everytime I shoot it.

Hahaha friggin vultures! Enjoy whatever may be left, I don't really know, I snatched up 10 boxes of it. Figure that will be enough to try it out an see how it shoots.
 
how many grains..... i can see that it's SP ammo... which is what i'm after.... wonder if it mics to a sks barrel or if it mics to the u.s. specs

I really wanna see how the brass holds up, cause it looks like good stuff, so I'll hold onto it so I can reload it when I get that stuff down the road.
 
ahhh yes.... serbian ammo..... should be quality stuff. My wife was "made in serbia" and she's friggen awesome hehehe
lighter than i'm looking for.... BUT it should be accurate stuff as i bet it mics properly to an sks barrel, unlike most american manufacture. I'll go down in the a.m. ..... maybe bump into some other gunnutterz hehehe I just want 2 boxes :D
 
$14/Box? Mother of God! I picked up a whole bunch of non-corrosive soft point at the gun show in January for $7/box and I complained for a week.

The year before that, the non corrosive ammo at the gun show was $4.50.

I'll be out @ PCDHFC today, probably head for being there between 11:30-Noon till whenever. (Look for guy in cadpat hoodie & blue jeans shooting an SKS an Ruger P89 on Range 7.)

Anyone else headin out there today? Be interesting to see this ammo shot through different types of rifles.
 
I seen some of theat stuff at the nanimo gunshow today $24 a box.......Those prices are nuts then again you should have seen the prices on there other stuff on the table .........Nuts
