Non Drill and Tap Scope Mounting

Hello,

I have an interesting idea... I am looking how to scope out my Arisaka Type 38 Long Infantry Rifle, by putting a mount on the rear site... I do not want to drill and tap. Any ideas how to do so/where I can buy the fixings?
