Non-lethal loads? anything legal?

simpliest non-lethal ammunition is coarse grain salt instead of led shot. Do-it-yourself kind of thing. But that is for human control, not bears, I am not sure if anyone would want to piss off bear by firing load of salt.

If the purpose is to drive bears away, the combination of cracker shells and rubber bullets is quite effective.

make some lol, i did befor and i tested it on my leg from 5ft away lol , it left a good mark... , (did it 4 months ago and still have a scab)
