non refurbished 1950 sks all matching

Hello CGN, I just got my hands on a 1950 sks non refurbished all serials matching. I followed the forums on what to look for for non refurbished and I am sure this is it. what is the value of a 1950 non refurb? it has original bayo, all the cartuches, origninal stock in good shape, no refurb markings, all matching serial.

Early 1950 or late,, early has spike bayo!

I bought a couple from a dealer who won't be named. Neither has refurb markings, appear to be in really nice shape and are number matching EXCEPT I was not impressed with the 'Franken mags' that were also BBQ painted. So much for 'Super grade'!! Anyway, I believe I paid around $260-270 each.

$3-350. If you can you may want to hang on to it for a few years. They seem to be drying up after a few decades of saturation.

I also have a refurb 54 with BBQ paint any idea on what the refurbs are worth?

I just picked up a Chinese sks today for 250, they wanted 300 for Russians I figured that was nuts

You can still get the russian ones for $2-225; nice ones for $240. Starting to creep up though. I am sure a SKS nutter will be along shortly though who will know a lot more about these than I.

If the right person wants the 1950, then around $300. Regular sks like your 54 go for $199. Here for birch, and $229. For laminate!

I've seen an early 1950 with the take down that had the hole in it from 1950 pretty well mint - non refurbished also and with the rivet not welded and it was over $300 . the older ones seem to have better workmanship .still they all are the Cat's meow.I have never seen a 1950 with a spike bayonet . the one I ran across had the blade bayonet . that would be a fantastic find.

Awesome if they can get that much for an sks, not around here yet though! When i can get $400 for my sks i will be selling most of them! Westrifle has 1949's for $400.!!
