Non-Res Turkey Hunting in Quebec - ?

Looking at the 2014/15 Quebec reguations, it appears that non-residents are now able ot hunt wild turkeys in Quebec. Can anyone confirm this for me?

Also, can anyone recommend an outfitter? It would be cool to slip over the river and add a Quebec gobbler to my list.

Did you get any info on this Rob?? Does sound like a good option for an additional Tom for the spring, although you are a lot closer than I am.

looks like a no go for non resident .to bad it is a good idea to get in a extra turkey hunt for the Ontario guys ,to bad Dutch
