It depends on taxes. Mine was just over $3000 but I pay 15%.

I called Friday was gold they are supposed to be shipping any day to us, they are just sending out the transfers, I said but it's NR does not require anything,......got very confusing explanations that they do it anyways....?! Really..you register NR even though law does not require....

They are referring to the process of verifying, then clearing the paperwork for conversion to NR.
Needs to be removed from the registry by the CFC.

Guy you were talking to may not have understood the process?

Well maybe this will make a nice Christmas surprise if they ever show up... I understand the process just frustrating to spend 3k on a gun and not see anything but words on a forum for 3 months. Would've felt better to put a deposit down and pay in full when rifle is ready to ship.

I think they have been very up front. And the manufacturing of the barrels is out of their hands. Brian it's sounded like the the email said the restricteds were going out this week.

Yeah I understand it's out of their hands, I'm not blaming Arms East, just the situation as a whole. I hate putting big money upfront with an ETA that was pretty solid at the start and is now subjective week by week.
