Did anyone ever change the locking handle to a lighter trunion that was crafted in the USA??

Does it fit if you take the handle off?

What do you plan to tighten/remove the barrel with instead?

If you remove handle. AFTER installation, does the polymer handguard fit?

you can still tighten and loosen the barrel with the wrench handle after removing it from the locking collar. You dont even have to put the screw back in.

Now you are going deeper with claims I have heard from no one but you. Overgassed? Many guys? Who?? We have never heard of this outside of your post. Never heard this from a customer, never experienced this in the dozens of rifles we have built and test fired. Our barrels work EXACTLY like the OEM barrels.

TO BE CLEAR ONCE AGAIN. OUR ACR BARRELS HAVE CORRECTLY SIZED GAS PORTS FOR THE ACR. THEY WORK AS DESIGNED. THEY ARE NOT AR15 BARRELS. THEY DO NOT HAVE AR15 GAS PORTS

At this point I wondering if you are confusing our barrels for another company in Canada who does indeed use modded AR15 barrels, and is quite open about this???

If I have your barrels mixed up with another company I apologize, I'd have to go back through a bunch of posts and figure out which ones I was thinking of.

I went back through a lot of pages in the ACR sticky and found the posts I was thinking of and you are correct, I got mixed up between your barrels and the other guys, I have added a note to my previous post and am very sorry about the mix up.

Thank you for taking the time the others don't to bring properly made barrels to the market. It's unfortunate that the other guys don't take the time to do it right as well.
