Non-restricted AR15 lower receiver!!!

This is great news... I have one of these 0% lowers in my garage, a fresh block from an abandoned CNC project. I can't wait to take it out for a range day now that I know what it is!

How about this lower? not mine !!

talk about gettin' some wood over an AR... LOL

I'd be worried about getting a sliver

^^^ What? no auto sear? Be careful, the Feds will start prohibiting building material, and a guy will need a special license to shop Home Depot...

After I thought about it for a bit, I started to think like an anti and ^^^^this came to mind... but where would it stop... the tin foil I make my hats out of might be laminated together to make such an item and therefore restricted so I couldn't buy it without 'big brother' knowing... then they would know that I didn't want them to know... OH NOOOOO... lol
hmmmm... laminate AR...

Pretty sure Dlask sells these 80% lowers to the Canadian market for $199.

And just the casting for $45
Should make it.... 50%??? :p

0% option seems like a lot of work......

K, first off from what I have personally seen the Dlask ones are no where near 80% complete. It's a shame he's selling them as 80% when you can't find a jig to fit it. The front take down pin is drilled, but the material around it is not milled so that you cannot put on the upper. I have yet to see a 80% jig anywhere that has the ability to mark and remove the material. I think it's kinda important that you mill it correctly since the upper will then not be properly lined up to fit properly to the lower.

Am I crazy here or not?

The 80percentarms link in the first post won't ship to Canada. I have talked to them extensively and they will not ship to Canada. There are tons of places like that in the US though, so maybe one of the others will if your really interested.

Later..........

Barking up the wrong tree here bub... Instead of trying to find ways on circumventing our illogical system our efforts should be focused first and foremost uniting all shooters in Canada and then fighting to change the regulations regarding these and other rifles and pistols.

My two cents
