I wanted to compile a list of non-restricted black rifles and I need everyones help. Im considering guns with rifle calibre, and factory pistol(ish) grips, so no modded mini-14s, PCC (pistol calibre carbines) and such. I think this would be a useful sticky in this section since I know it gets asked a lot. Ill try and keep this edited and include pictures for reference. This is not a thread to display your bitterness or paranoia towards the anti's.

the reason these threads don't get stickie'd is because we don't want to give the antis a handy list for the next round OIC prohibition.

I wasnt going to include anything in .22 or handgun calibre since to me they classify as either a SMG or toy. Convince me if you think otherwise.

All you have to do is read any media story about the "powerful" handguns out there to know they are just as deadly!

To an anti they are all the same!

I would bet if that SMG had a longer barrel it would become a "powerful Sniper rifle" in the latest news story!

They're not SMGs (SMGs are an entire different beast, and all prohib) and everything is a toy. But I agree that most people are interested to know what their options are with regard to a non-restricted 223/7.62x39/308 "Black" rifle. A sticky would go a long way to keep down the number of "What can I get in a non-restricted 223 semi" threads.

:agree: When the long gun registry is repealed, I shall be looking into my first black rifle. Having a stickied list of nonrestricteds will save me the embarrassment of asking and save you the irritation of reading and answering.

This was a great thread!! I was wondering about the status of the Robinson Arms XCR, because I was looking for something nonrestricted in a ARish platform. Now I know about the Bushmaster... decisions decisions.....

*Kel-Tec RFB, not the USC, the USC is by H&K

Also had to add FN FS2000, and FN PS90 (both with 18.6" barrels)
M305/M1A (with or without sage stock)

Yeah you get my point. Im not sure what to call them. Sub-Rifle?

Thanks for catching that.

FS2000 added

again, looking for rifle cal. and pistol grip type stuff

Just for the FS2000, could you please find a photo of one that is an actual FS2000, not an F2000 with EGLM?

As well, yes, I do find it quite odd that someone with only 25 posts is all of a sudden posting all of the non-restricted black guns w/photo's to match...
