now for another project,maybe ATRS can build a mag fed lower,and compete with Barrett..now THAT would be fun..
 
Ok, so help me out here please if you can. I know I need a stock for it but is it mil spec or commercial and will any a2 style stock fit? Anything else I am gonna need for it or?
Help with this would be great (am a bolt and pistol guy and am unfamiliar with "a2 stock" or ar's in general ?)
Any clarification/explanation would be greatly appreciated!

Ok... I really could use some help/resources etc here.
I am not an ar guy...AT ALL. I am a bolt/pistol guy. Not into ar's (not that I don't like em...jus never bothered).
I have no idea what this fella is talking about (buffer tubes ??) .. Does anyone have any better explanations to what i am gonna need to buy? I google "a2 stock" and it looks completely different than the picture they provided.
I sincerely have never been into ar's so giving me more terms I clearly am not familiar with won't help...

Others will chime in, but you will need a 20MOA base/rings & a scope with a 30mm tube to allow lots of vertical adjustment for when you stretch the 50BMG's legs out...

A bipod that can stand up to the weight of the gun and the recoil of a .50 - there are a few good ones out there if you search around.

Thanks Jay lol, as I mentioned I am a long time bolt guy..I am well versed in rails, scopes and bipod requirements, the calibers cababilities, the guns weight and long range shooting fundamentals/practices... I am just quite apparently lost on the ar stock part. :p
