Either way, the information is out there and can be condensed in less than a morning. There's already a constantly expanding FRT list, and we're all fine with that being a sticky. What's the difference? Photo's. Know what Google spits out? Photos, specs and where to buy. Google is a bigger "threat" than a thread on CGN. We have "nuts" in our damn name... and we're worried about putting together a list for our new members. "Quoting a Canadian gun site, these baby killers...". They've already done this. They'll do it again. Soon as the shock wears off, they'll rebrand it try to shock more people. Accept this - it's the way they work. They already know. Wait for good timing, and unleash the "horrific weapons easily available in Canada."
As for "bad timing". The Sandy Hook murder investigation has revealed that it was 4 handguns, zero rifles, that were used. This does not make those murders any easier to accept. What proves is that it's NOT EVER THE GUN. Those poor children are still dead. Banning assault rifles would not have kept them alive.
Tinfoil away. If they want a list, they'll get it here or there. Making it harder for new members will not 'save us', nor stop them.
Would that be the place to ask where one could purchase a non restricted, full auto, 50 cal, complete with barrel shroud and the shoulder thing that goes up? I would have asked in a more appropriate forum, but when I typed 'non restricted black rifle question for noobs' into the search tool, this was the only thread that came up!
