Non-Restricted PPSH-41 status?

Yes. But none imported. None were ever made as NR barrel lengths. The test sample provided by North Sylva was the US model with 16 inch barrel and thus restricted. The lab took so long that TNW is done making them.
They can be rebarrelled to NR. If you can find one here or import them.

The M37's were recently approved after a long wait and there was quite a few new TNW's for sale even though TNW stopped making them long ago. Whoever submitted the sample was sitting on a bunch of inventory waiting

Tnw made a ppsh. That's what got classified here as non restricted. Just Google tnw ppsh.
Stopping production was probably the basis for classification.....
They just wait until everyone says #### it.
