Hmmmm. I'm slightly confused. If one took the design for the Berkut rifle internals, then made the outside to look like a dragunov, excepting the "AK safety".... would it be a Berkut?

My Tigr carbine looks like a Dragonov without the flash suppressor.Not at all likr the rifle shown.

Armrus, went belly-up a few years ago. Legal troubles with Customs Canada over a shipment of prohibited Saiga rifles that was seized and also poor health of owner.

I do not remember ever seeing those at his store, and I know he had problems at Canada Customs, but he would not have stayed in business to long anyway because he SUCKED at customer service. After a purchase there I went back to ask a question and he pretty well just blew me off. In fact, there was only one other guy there, seemed to be his buddy, and his buddy showed more interest in my question than the owner himself.

LOL though he did take $20 off the rifle I purchased when I gave him a lift home, which was on my way.
