31" as I recall. You can put on a 12" barrel and still be over 26".

Yes things get thru both the SR22's I bought from WSS had threaded barrels and non pinned stocks

Not a problem to remain NR.

Every so often a restricted gun will get through the import and registration process, like the recent batch of the Kel Tec SU-16FX or whatnot that were sold as NR but actually had Restricted length barrels.

I saw this with a couple of Benelli MR-1's a few years back. They came to the store as NR but had 16" barrels... AFAIK they were sent back to the distributor.
