non restricted sub 9mm/45acp

I beleive the .45acp is new. My guess is they should be available soon this year in canada.

I Just ordered a JR Carbine from Frontier Firearms in 9mm yesterday!

@Dexter Morgan
Have you seen a JR carbine with a barrel shroud?! some guy on the forums has a 1-1/4" barrel shroud and it looks so much better! ( elmfg . com ) is the place he bought it from. They dont list it on the site but its only like $70. Im awaiting an email back from them!!! Probably just call them on monday tho!

im not a big fan of the sub 2000. i like the idea of it, but its not for me. i only like it because its as close as you can come to legally shooting a pistol on the bush. that being said, you cand do much with it you cant do with a pistol.

I also but a elmfg barrel shroud on My JR .
The only negative thing about my JR is that it did not come with a castle nut/ ar/ jr carbine wrench, And you need one of these to strip your JR to clean the bolt assembly.
I bought a AR wrench form Dlask Arms because they are close to home , but it cost me 45$

That's not a stupid question. But the answer IS stupid.

That particular model of firearm is on the Canadian banned list, along with the SPAS-12, the UZI, and the AK47.

Nobody really knows why. It just is.

'Cause in every movie or television show, those three guns are always associated with terrorism in some shape, way or form. Either the bad guys are using 'em to carry out their evil plot, or the good guys are using 'em to save the world. Who wins? No one...especially not us...and the best part about it is that when we try to find out why we can't have these particular firearms, nobody really knows why...

Just my 2 cents...

Hi-point carbine... Can be converted (though not easily) to non-res. And if the OP is only shooting at the range then why pay the "extra" for the non? FYI I looove my my hipoint and so does my wallet!

Here is mine. ATI stock, bbl shroud and extended basepads on the mags so you can actually seat them properly... Oh and a cheapo red dot on top. It will be getting scope on it though soonish....

group at 100 yards with the red dot... dot covers the entire target at that distance, hence why it's getting a scope soon.

Same price point but far behind in quality when compared to the KRISS or the B&T.

TDC

Tried, tested and true polish military gun, vs the Kriss? Yeah, I'll take the brs99, the tp9 or the skorpian before I buy a Kriss. I don't know of any military currently issuing the Kriss, in fact, perhaps you do, and will share.
