noob quick question

Hello,
Just thinking I want to get into action shooting sports next summer but I need my black badge course. I know that there is one in Winnipeg on November 27 but I can't make it. So I was wondering can someone from Manitoba take the black badge course in Saskatchewan or does it have to be in Manitoba?

The Black Badge program is a National program, however if you want to take it out of area it is much easier to have your Section Coordinator pre-approve it.

Section coordinator is the provincial president. Brad K in Manitoba http://www.ipscmanitoba.ca/. You must belong to your home section (province) and by letting the provincial president know just makes things easier. if you have more questions drop me a line.
