Hey Gang

I am trying to get some ideas for a stock for my M14 ... Yep a Norinco M14 and can you give some ideas, suggestions, suppliers on a good stock that has a setup for a scope.

Its Norinco. :) or is my sarcasm detector broken?

The stock doesn't come into play for mounting a scope. It all about the receiver. There is a sticky in this forum on scope mounts that has a ton of info.

The search function on this sire is really bad but with some tinkering you can get it to perform. or use a Google site search

Walnut? Boyds in the USA
Aluminum with extra cool factor ? m14.ca (Frank is the builder)
Carbon fiber with lots of cool value? 45ACPKING or Thomas is the expert builder
Promag Archangel? MysticPlayer (Jerry is da man)

Many choices on this board. Lots of stocks to go around for everyone. many options and features to feed the m14 addiction. Support our local builders, too! :D

Hard to beat the Promag for cost, talk to Jerry at Mystic. You can get a Promag scope mount from him, rings and all you need is optics and your set!

Personally I went with the Fiber USGI stock, then Promag scope mount, and a really cool cheek riser ( I'm pretty sure this came from Cassey at Tac Ord).
