Norc 10.5" AR

So an upgraded extractor kit may be a solution.

BNut does any of this occur because of the gas system or buffer system?

Or the regular carbine length gas system and buffer tube going to let this upper work ok?

I don't think the AR has the strongest of extraction systems and anything that will help it and not cost a lot is good by me. Now the mauser bolt guns, they have strong extraction.

just bought a factory extractor and extractor spring from wolverinesupplies.com costed me 20 bucks to fix this problem. we also did this to my buddies and it worked as well. you have to call wolverine to get the parts. they arent listed on site. Gun runs like a top now!!!!!

It will go on, with a bit of work :D I have one on mine.

I had to dremel mine a tiny bit and with a bit of elbow grease I got it on. A long skinny flathead screwdriver came in hand to pop everything in place. There is a bit of a technique too it also.

excellent, this is the upgrade I want to add to the 10.5" I just got

You can try taking your bolt apart and cleaning the extractor and sping. Just be careful, the extractor is under a bit of spring pressure and the retaining pin is really small (easy to loose).

Hey i need some help with my Norc 10.5. I purchased it not too long ago about 4 months didn't get a chance to shoot it because of being so busy. Finally got to take it out to the range the other day and first shot i put through hit jammed. I'm using P mags and high quality ammo, my buddy had his 10.5 as well and his was working flawlessly with same ammo and mags. My issue is that the spent casing will not eject properly before a next round is fed. I'm new to the AR community and am looking for some assistance. Through the bit of research I've done so far all i can seem to find is that it may be the extractor or the buffer. I'm not sure what to do and don't have easy access to the range or a gunsmith for assistance.

replace all the parts of the extractor and run an o-ring in there as well. I've had no issues since i did this, and my extractor issues were pretty bad.
