For those of you who think the Norc is just a toy for plinking (Okay, that's what I use mine for.....ahem!), CGN's own Ton45 just scored 505 points out of a possible 600 at the July 28 and 29 Connaught Service Conditions match in Ottawa and took home a nice plaque for being the top tyro (first-year shooter in Service.)

Now, about that guy with the Mauser........:eek:

In Ontario, the Operational Shooting Association runs some AMAZING practices, clinics and matches. :cool:
 
now that it's a PROVEN competitor, it might be interesting to note the mods ( if any)
 
TON broke 500 ? that is pretty fricken good for only what ....his 3rd comp ...Congrats,, thats a big deal and he's a pretty nice guy (i haven't got that yet .....been pretty close though.)

as far as mods go I think he just tweaked it a bit

I imagine that the guys who blow like 3 grand on thier rifle were a little put off
