Clear bag is how they all come
All M4 stocks and handrails feel plasticky and cheap because they are...plastic!
Fabric in the barrel is normal for the Norcs (use the search function)
I have a feeling you're not putting your cheek in the right place. Your cheek needs to be right down on the stock to see through the sights...they look fine in your pictures.
No offense but did you really ask what the "pushy button thingy" is??? Have you read anything about ARs before you made this purchase?
10 round mags...again, search this forum...hell, even Google...
Honestly though, you might want to do some reading before you bring that thing to the range...it sounds like you know absolutely nothing about ARs. I'm not trying to be an ass...I just think you need to do some studying before using live ammo!
Every time it try to put a round in the plate goes lop sided and gets stuck. It doen't go smoothly down like other mags i have. and for one of them i can only fit 4 rounds in it. I think they pinned it to short. I will be getting the 10 round lar mag and the magpul mag.
Well i know how to cycle rounds, clean and oil them. Take them apart but i never saw the function of the foward assist. Don't really know what it does.

Not sure what other mags you have but by looking at your signature I'm assuming you have mags for your Glock and 597 VTR...your AR mags don't load like your others...you push the rounds in straight from the top. The follower should go straight down.
As far as the forward assist goes (round pushy button thing), if you pretend it isn't there you won't have any problems - lots of guys (who would know) describe the forward assist as the answer to a non-existant question. The proper procedure for a failure is an immediate action drill, not hammering a stuck or bent round into the chamber with the forward assist

One is to stuff a mag in and run the bolt. Weapon on safe and draw the bolt back just enough to see if a round has chambered. If you see brass release the bolt and strike (not press) the forward assist. Now you know for certain you have a round up the pipe.
That is the only time I use the forward assist. (on pistols I strike the rear of the slide)
The second involves pulling the mag which I think is better suited to weapons like the MP5 with their short ammo and recessed chambers.
I guess the third was with the FN P90 where we would run the bolt once then twice to make sure a round ejected, with 49 left in the mag you know you are good to go.

I may be lucky. My norc mags seem to work. I have not run alot of rounds through them though yet. CQB match on the 13th should put them to a test.
However, I do like the Pmags better and I am sure they are better quality. Likely will get more of those in the future.

Regarding the sights, they are pretty basic apreture. Put your cheek on the stock and look through the round hole at the rear, to your front sight. The top of the front post is your aiming point. Put this on your target and squeeze. Make sure you look at the center post. When sighting quickly it is possible to sight using one of the wings which results in windage error.
Do not focus on the rear hole, focus on the front sight. The rear hole (apreture) should blur but your eye will naturally be drawn to the bright center. This how they work. Fast and highly effective. This sight system has been used since WWI.
The rear sight can be adjusted up / down, left and right to adjust POI to coincide with POA. The front post can be adjusted up and down and provide a correct elevation zero. That is the POI coninceds with the POA where you have the rear sight set.
This adjustment will vary for loading, range etc. I believe the rear sight adjustments are calibrated for a specific load and specific yardages. The load is likely M855 (standard NATO) with a 62 gn bullet. The comic book that comes with the Norcs discusses this, but poorly.
If you are at Target Sports, your range is limited anyway I believe so the correct sight setting for 300 and 600 yards is not likely useful to you anyway.
