Here's another iteration:

You may be asking why a bushnell holosite vice a proper eotech? Well, I've had poor experiences with eotech stuff. So I'm not willing to buck up for that anymore. However, I find that newbs, in general, prefer the eotech-type RDS versus the aimpoints m4, t1. Because this norc is really just a loaner gun for friends and newbs, I'll pay the 300 for the holosite style. I do like my Aimpoint magnifier. I really should get one more.

Here it lays, waiting to be assembled. I was swapping uppers and lowers all day: dpms, stag, norc. all function fine. (don't mind the tactical zapstraps, holding my f**ked up stupid piece of s**t ARMS-integrated surefire on the deer.)

I noticed this in other threads as well... Maybe it is a pet peeve of mine.

Why do we refer to these as 'Clones'? Every AR is a 'Clone' of something.

Just because it is cheap doesn't mean you call it a 'clone' just to make yourself feel better that it is of lessor quality.

I will buy one soon myself. But will not call it a clone. It is a Chinese AR.

How true. Just like everyone calls all nose tissue 'Kleenex'. An AR is an AR - regardless.

They're made by UTG. I ordered them from Questar but I don't think they carry those items anymore. As far as I can tell they're from a so-called "Ergonomic" line. You might find them at an airsoft dealer, though, lol.
