Ya it is. I'd say it's worth the extra hundred. I was actually quite impressed by the rails, although as with most rails you need to put some blue loctite on the screws.
Yes that is the Olds range, I had a few PMs asking me the range as well. 8 pistol bays and a 200 yard rifle range with lots of benches. Join up if you're near Calgary, it sure beats homestead.

This thread makes me hard, I'll be buying my first AR next month, she'll be on this forum soon... Hopefully I can pick up a slightly used one that came from SFRC's recent order... I'll be dressing it up in OD green, maybe a strikefire if I can afford it after the $3k I'll be dropping on a reloading set-up

Lets keep this going! My two Norcs at the range Saturday.
The CQ-A has a Tangodown battle grip, UTG quad rail, Knights vertical grip, and an Eotech 512. The NP-22 just has the stock plastic grips replaced with a set of Hogue rubber ones.

My new to me Norc CQ.....just bought it a couple days ago so now i have the long wait to get it home ....May add an optic to it someday and the only ammo the local store had was Winchester 45 gr JHP Varmint rounds so they will have to do for now .
