What is that rear sight called? Who makes it?

Hey Jerry Ive got the same rifle and powder, using your Lake City 55gr projectiles.

How much powder are you using if you dont mine telling.

Cheers

I used Benchmark load data/starting load and worked up. with changing the gas system and recoil parts, I am able to get function, lowered recoil and accuracy.

A bit of a balancing act but it can be done.

I was going to wait to post pics and load results but I think I hit the sweet spot today! Almost no vertical in the grouping!! 25.0 grains of WC735. Going to try 24.7, 25.0, 25.3, and 25.6 tomorrow!

I'm brand new to reloading and I've loaded a total of 30 rounds to date, some of which were garbage.

Anyway here some pics, the rifle still needs an OD grip, AFG, BAD lever and sling (whenever One Shot Tactical gets the shipment).

Amazingkg3; how do you like the Magpul AFG? I was thinking of adding one to my rifle. Have you used a vertical grip before?

Sorry buddy, the subscription didnt update me. I love the AFG, I use to run one on a Carbine length drop in rail, but it was super uncomfortable for me, as I had to bend my elbow to use a thumb above bore grip. Now that Im running the free float, it's right to the end of the barrel and I can obtain a perfect firing stance for my type of shooting. If your only running a short rail and are over 6'0 I would recommend a vert grip as a reference point.

Other than that, if you are the type of carbine shooter that wants your reaction hand out on the barrel as far as you can, go AFG.

I think I'm done playing with my Norc M4,,,,,,,,
