Norc stock liner screws

guys what is the thread pitch and size of the norc m14s stock liner screws

Come on guys has no one ever had to measure this screw,I was in the process of swithing the liner over to my new boyds stock and found that on one side the screw won't go all the way through the liner.It is two pieces welded to geather they must have taped the holes before welding it and the screw won't turn through the join want to get a tap and fix it.my pitch gage is buried in the shed some where in my tool box cannot find it at the moment

For USGI stocks, the stock liner screws are 10-32 threads and 7/16 " overall length.
