I think I'm going to build an LRB one day, but for now my norc will take the upgrades

Funny that the notion of American vs. Chinese receivers should rear it's head. If I recall correctly, of all the complaints that Smith Ent./Fulton/etc. ever had with the Norcs.. the one thing they did concede is that the receivers were well made, milspec, and from exceptional steel! ( I will get one of my computer savvy nephews to help me try and post a link to source.) But suffice to say, and I will back this up.. the receiver on the Norincs/poly's were the strong suit of the brand.
