Want to free float a rail on 10.5 barrel. Has anyone done this? Difficulty level? Suggestions on rail system. Looking to go low profile gas block or just dremel the front sights?
there are alot of thread on this and probably alot of you tube videos. search function and set time to 1 year. might involve some dremmeling and some grunting.
I paid a smith to do it, he says it was a hell of a job, had to replace the gas block/front sight. He did a great job, but asked me to never bring my Norc back to his shop (I almost think he was joking)
