Maybe I'll rent a 5 ton cube van then I'll have room for the guns too. Hello U-Haul. Decisions, decisions. I'm not bringing targets that will cut into my other hauling capabilities. Cooking? fire pit have a grate? Outhouse? Water source? Firewood?
Nearest beer store? Ya know important stuff.

In the last week I loaded 300 rounds of 308win and 200 rounds of 300win. What are your number going to for the shoot ??

I trying a heavier bullet for .300 wsm. hopefully I can get one to shoot before the trip.

200 rds .300wsm? or 200 rds of 6mm Rem.

In a day of shooting with 4 people shooting at a time, 10 shooters would each go through about 100 rounds. It depends on 1 how many blasting at one time and 2 how fast do you shoot? With a 300 I would only send 20 or so down range and let the barrel cool. I have sent 100 308s down range in a 1 hour setting. Most of the time the guys would go through 50, move out and another group would set up and shoot. I think you should have plenty for a 2 day shoot.
So having said that I will be bringing 100 per rifle per day!! X3 toys eh. 600 rounds
I don't know how fast 20 shooters can cycle through/paint targets. How wide is the shooting area? How many shooters do you figure at once? Guys with muzzle breaks, should bring something to protect the guys beside them(old duffle bag). The reason is, I have had my eyelids lifted by a 338.

Any bears in that area????

I don't think we need to worry about bears with all the fire power we'll have on hand. Though on second thought my tent isn't very bear proof! I better bring my 44 mag too.

Bears only come out at nite aand they prefer people that eat peanut butter and jam with honey sammywitches. so elevate ur garlic intake for the shoot!!

probably run 2 man teams shooter spotter,,, what ever is safe enough to run i suppose.

Actually the bear thinks, the last time I heard that noise there was a big gut pile to gorge on!! Fearmongering
So they come around after the shooting stops! I hear bears hate electic fences, hhmmm where can I borrow one of them from.
Maybe I just won't bring any peanutbutter and honey sandwiches.. But what will I eat? I know I'll fill my tent with bacon and peanut butter sandwiches, that will be way better.

I shot a mama bear after she walked over top of me to get to the kitchen area of the tent...Yes I think I pooped a little but not as much as when the gun went off in the tent..motherf'r it was loud.

If I go I'll bring my trailer and the electric fence for ya

I'm not slepping in no A frame!! Snuggling sheesh.

I'm presently loading some more ammo for the 6.5-284, should be good out to 1500 yards. Finished loading the 45/70 target rounds. Then I'll load up a couple hundred 308's just for good measure.

I think my marlin 1895 CB 45/70 should discourage any bears from coming in my tent. 9 rounds of 500 grain freight train.

Be careful talking about "special loads" when guys here are talking about cuddling and another one is bringing his shotgun to set them straight.
