Hey folks, I've been looking for the Nordic Components Beretta 1301 tactical MXT extension kit. My buddy said he posted on here a few years ago and found a small mom and pop gun shop in Alberta that had them available. Is anyone aware of any in stock somewhere in Canada?

Firearms outlet canada has them in stock.
If your looking for a higher quality tube and clamp take a look at the Canadian made S&J Hardware 1301 tubes and clamp.

Is there much difference between Nordic and S&J? S&J is half the price.

I have a S&J Tube on my Remington 870 clone and it seems OK.

I'm looking at getting an extension tube for a 21" 1301 Comp Pro.

It's double the price 😭

I was also thinking maybe the Toni Magazine Extension, 185mm, I think it'll sit flush with the 21" 1301 Comp Pro, but it's OOS in Canada but seems to be available for order from overseas.

The toni systems is really nice too. I'm trying to convince myself not to get their handguard its by far the nicest looking one for the 1301 imo. I think the 3 round Nordic extension would be flush with the 21" 1301. Don't think about the price just think how bad ass its going to look and feel with the premium hardware on it. If you get a barrel clamp make sure you get a set of gaskets too!

I have the Nordic on my A400 and it came from Tacord

Just so you know he can make them any length you want if flush is a priority (he makes a non removable pin that is installed in the cap which keeps the magazine inside the legal capacity). I know because he called me and asked about what length / look I preferred.

This pust should have

Night & day, like putting a compensator/brake on a handgun.

What shotgun do you have?

A400. But it is heavily modified with a chopped barrel to 21" and the part where it would mount is too skinny to fit the Toni brake (as per Casey).

There is a company in the US that makes custom brakes for shotguns (you provide barrel dimensions) and I can see me getting one. I have a gun with Casey right now getting the barrel ported so I will be curious to see what improvement that brings.

Casey says it wont help on recoil but I find the A400 shoots very soft anyways) but it will help with muzzle rise.

Nice 👍👍 Mr. Brouwer would know what would work & if the Toni brake can be modified, I trust him 100%.

I have browsed through that companies website a few times, so far been lucky to get things done in Canada

👍reduction in muzzle rise was significant, felt recoil not as much yet better than the a stock 1301T.

Enjoy your rig when it's finished up.
